I have just purchased my second TV box which is slightly improved on the original I purchased a year earlier.
I love the plug and play, so simple to get up and running. I watch a lot of YouTube and on demand tv shows. The pre installed apps make this so easy to use. It’s small and unobtrusive.
Only down side is the tv box resets itself to the home screen sometimes, not sure why.
Not sure if the new layout of the home page is better than the original I purchased either way very happy customer. The company is helpful to deal with and delivery was prompt. Thankyou for a great product. 🙂 I highly recommend this TV box. Ps. I deliberated for a couple of years what to tv box to buy as they all seemed too complicated, then I stumbled on this 👍

Love everything about the box except the layout of the home screen. Can’t seem to find a way to change that. It’s a really simple setup with almost everything pre-loaded and takes up no space at all. Supplied HDMI cable is a little short.

The box is probably OK but there is total lack of setup info. The clock is two hours ahead of QLD and I am as yet unable to re-set it – I know of others who have this box and find it OK so I guess I have to figure it out for myself – Basic instructions would have helped HUGELY

If you want a fair-dinkum review on the Aussie TV Box here it is..
I bought a Chinese knock-off of this Australian version called the X96 a year or so ago. The GUI was very clunky especially in any alphabetical enterprises or so-called ‘mouse’ efforts through the remote but it sort of worked for the Internet .
This one un-clunks the difficulties of engaging with the device with the additional bonus purchase of the “Air Mouse” which works like a miracle.. Recommend highly..but it still doesn’t get abc iview yet..

Although the set up was easy enough I am not satisfied with the screen being just too large for the TV and having to use the mouse to navigate. I do not see why I cannot just use the screen controller alone except when a keyboard is required.

The TV Box purchased is operating fine, it took some time to work out how to operate it as there are no instructions with the unit, and the instruction on your web site does little to help. There are still a few operational functions that are a bit difficult to work out, it is doing a few crazy things but as I said it is working. Delivery was quicker than expected, so that was great.

Excellent product. I really enjoy the flexibility of the unit and the ability to download all the apps you may need for the programmes you want to view. A reminder here that Netflix and Stan etc.are subscription sites.
In the first instance, plugging in and operating is made simpler with a wireless mouse and keyboard however, I later received a free mini wireless keyboard/mouse and whilst a little difficult to work out at first, logical thinking overcame the problems.
Communication with seller is superb and answers to questions are answered very quickly.
