If on the rare occasion one of the apps doesn’t work, the first and easiest fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app using the app store. If this doesn’t work, let us know and we can help you further.

  1. Unpackage TV Box and plug it into power and connect to your TV using the supplied HDMI table.
  2. Plug the remote into a USB port and let it charge a little. Plug in the USB receiver as well.
  3. Make some tea (or get a beer) and allow us to do all the hard work for you and all your apps will be installed!
  4. Sign into your accounts using the remote and enjoy your endless entertainment!

 

 

Our TV Box is plug n play – so just connect it via a HDMI cable to your TV and away you go! For a limited time we’ve also provide a special air remote along with your TV Box to give you the best user experience possible. This remote allows you to navigate quick and easily around the TV Box and the available apps! It’s also possible to connect a wireless keyboard or mouse to the TV box via the USB ports.

As we mentioned before, we have a responsive tech support system in place so you can call us to get assistance. However, if you still face problems, you can send it back to us and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement.

This is based on the type of content you want to stream.  High-quality content requires a higher speed Internet connection; the faster your Internet is, the better your viewing experience will be.
